Deleting an account may permanently remove progress, cloud saves, entitlements not tied to a storefront, community history, and access to account-based features. Store purchases remain subject to Apple, Google, or the applicable platform.
Data we may retain after deletion
We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, transaction records, legal obligations, enforcement, or to document completion of the request. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed or de-identified when no longer required.
